The word 'une trousse' is a feminine gender noun. In school that would be a pencil case. It means little bag, case or kit. For example, une trousse a couture is a sewing kit: the preposition 'a' means 'to', and the noun 'couture' means 'sewing'.

== == you can either remove the reel or leave it on the mower, use a #2 bastard flat file, file the blade on the top edge of the blade You can follow typical manufacturer's recommendation which is to "backlap." There is at least 1 commercially branded backlapping kit on the market for sharpening the mowers. It is not intuitive and internet-posted assistance on the subject is pretty limited. Backlapping paste is like liquid sandpaper, the grit is suspended in a sticky non toxic substance. I think the commercial kit is 80 grit. The kit comes with enough paste to do 1 or 2 sharpenings. You can also check with a hardware store that has been around for awhile, to ask if they know someone locally who does it. I sharpen them in NW Ohio. I use a range of grits down to 220 grit.
