With a high powered scope and a very large caliber riffle. The military uses the 50 caliber sniper rifle which is accurate up to a distance of 1.3 miles. You have to measure the wind speed, distance of fall rate of the round, the humidity, and temperature at the time you are going to make a long range shot.
