This is a really difficult thing to you, you just need to be brave. I was very nervous when i first asked my mum for a bra!
Just Remember your mum was once in your situation and she will understand.
When i first asked my mum for a bra i said that I was feeling a bit uncomfortable and self conscious at school because i felt like the other kids could see my breasts. I also told mum that the other girls my age were wearing Bras. She understood and we went and bought a bra! i was very scary for me, but it was something i needed to do. it was difficult, just like when i had to tell my mum id got my period! but she understood, don't forget it has all happened to your mum before!

talk to your mum,asking her why she wont let you. think about why you actually want a bra. to feel grown up? to look cool? if you dont have any breasts then there is no point in getting a bra. maybe you could try to reason with your mum by asking your mum if you could have a bra top instead. but honestly,you dont need one unless you have breasts.

Because your mom does not want you to Grow up fast and have bigger bra than your actually boobs. And she just don't think you need need padded bra's your probably not old enough.

You don't need to show her anything if you don't want to. Instead just tell her you think your nipples are beginning to be seen through your shirt. Or if you have a training bra and want a bra with more defined cups tell her that the training bra is feeling to tight and you want to go get a new bra. Don't talk to her about it when she's in a bad mood, busy or with other people (such as your dad.) She shouldn't have a problem, as she probably had the same discussion with her mom. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- write a note if u have ur older sisters training bras in ur drawer bring it to her there is no point in having it and say can i wear them then that's how im getting mine i tried it my mum said u don't need it now but u will soon

well you could say to your mum; Mum how old were u when u got a bra. How old were u when u got your first padded bra. Stuff like that. You cannot really answer that question. at least i tried. I know. I had the same problem.. First, go onto croptops. Then, sneakily swap a bra for a croptop while you are shopping!!Thas what i did.. i have the same problem so well our mom is shopping say im going to look at stuff i might by a thing by the bra then say i will show you what i bot at home show you mom and say oh i got the rong thing ans say oh well
