My 1994 Dodge eagle vision alarm would not shut off--tried disconnecting battery and waiting thirty minutes and that did not work. But what did work was this way-------
Lock all doors manually by hand--do not use the power button on side of the door--then in drivers side put in the key in the door and turn key to unlock -then lock -then unlock -then lock -then unlock. alarm will be going off at this time but after the third lock -unlock- the alarm should stop and then go in and the car should start.
