Its easy. If your still logged on, there should be something on the bottom screen that says mail. Click on it. Then you should see something that says edit I'm the corner. Click that and it says delete account. Click OK if you want to delete it. Then x out of mail, then open it again. There it will say gmail, hotmail, Yahoo!, etc. that's how you delete an account.

∙ 8y agoTo logout of Gmail from iPhone, Go to Settings -> Mail -> Contacts -> Calendars -> tap your gmail account -> move slider to off.

∙ 8y agoGmail can be easily logged off from an iPad. If you are using Gmail app, you can delete the data to do that. For Browser, you could switch to the desktop version for that.

∙ 8y agoYou can sign out from your Gmail account from the app in settings. Deleting an account can be done from the app itself. Both of these tasks can be done from the iPod.
