You can't.
Believe me I've tried all the "breathing" crap. I'm a really low bass, and am always trying to find ways to sing notes out of my range, and here's what I've learned: It's not possible. People may tell you it is, but that's because the people who tell you that have naturally high voices.
it means to sing loud but not so loud that your shouting. You go strong and loud
My vocal range spans from low notes to high notes, allowing me to sing a variety of pitches.
A strong singing voice is someone who has rehearsed and warmed up a lot or is somewhat a professional at keeping their voice together. When they do sing, it doesn't sound "airy" and that person can make loud notes without straining their voice.
Your vocal range is the range of notes you can sing comfortably. To determine it accurately, you can work with a vocal coach or use online resources that offer vocal range tests. These tests typically involve singing scales or specific notes to identify the highest and lowest notes you can sing with ease.
The SATB range for vocalists in a choir refers to the four main vocal parts: Soprano, Alto, Tenor, and Bass. Sopranos typically sing the highest notes, altos sing lower than sopranos, tenors sing higher than basses, and basses sing the lowest notes.

No. Mariah is said to have a five octave range. Chances are you don't. Most average people are lucky if they have three. If you don't have the range you cannot sing those high notes. Maybe you can sing a lower version of the notes and practice singing them that way. If you can hit the high notes then sing along with her songs and practice that way. Maybe you can hit the high notes like the ones in the song Emotions and in that case practice with the music until you can sing it without music. BTW, I have never met any adults that can hit those high notes and on pitch.
To improve your vocal range and sing higher notes effectively, you can practice vocal exercises that focus on strengthening your upper register, work on proper breathing techniques to support higher notes, and seek guidance from a vocal coach for personalized instruction and feedback. Consistent practice and patience are key to developing your vocal range and hitting higher notes with ease.
As a vocalist, your vocal range tells you which notes you will have to transpose to a different octave in order to comfortably (and safely) sing or speak them.

Try throwing the pitch or note in your head. its not so much to sing loud as to just get higher. sing the scale and keep up to get higher. some people can not sing high notes because that is as high as there voice will get. if nothing works perhaps get someone to give you voice lessons that is near or in your area. voice lessons are not as expensive as regular music lessons.
Falsetto is a way for a man to sing higher than his normal range. He sang the chorus in a loud falsetto.
