You have to press the button on the front of your controller and the little circle button on the front of your 360 this will cause your little ring to start flashing if this dose not work then get a plug and play which is just a cord that gose from your 360 to your controller that allows it to charge and play at the same time plus it will allow it to automaticlly sink your controller when you turn it on.
