yes if you know how to move your hands (R1 or R2 hold to move arms an use the control stick right under it) you move your hand in a slapping move 1 hold R1 R2 what ever side the person you want to slap is on 2 run near them 3 now you have to be really fast or there gonna slap you. when your by them flick the remote control stick by them and it should show you making a slap move and the other player turning in air and falling on the ground.
