1)Open Windows Explorer by clicking on "My Computer."

2)On the File Menu, click "Tools," "Folder Options," then "View." Scroll down to "Hidden Files and Folders." Click the radio button to select "Show hidden, files, folders and drives" to see files which are normally hidden.

3)Navigate to the "Start Menu" and Click "Search." In the search list of choices

click "All files and folders." Type "wga" and hit Enter.Find the files in the search named "wga.dll" and "wgatray.exe." View the files but do not delete them yet.

4)Click Ctrl and Alt and Delete keys and hold down all three keys. This action will open Windows Task Manager.

5)Click on the "Processes" tab. Click "Name" or "Image Name" on the first column to sort the list alphabetically. Scroll down to "wgatray.exe" and select it. Click "End Process" on the bottom right.

6)Return to the Search window and delete "wga.dll" and "wgatray.exe." Repeat Step 2 and restore selection to "Hide files, folders and drives."

7)Navigate to the Windows icon which is the same as "Start" in XP. Type "oga" in the "Search programs and files" text box, then wait for the results to appear. Find "oga.tray" and "ogalogon.dll" in the list of results.

8)restore selection to "Hide files, folders and drives."
