Concerta is a stimulant. Weed is a depressant, and they will antagonize each other. I personally would not do that.

Well I recently got re- prescribed concerta after being off it for a few years. I smoke weed once in a blue moon and let me tell you this! For me, presonally, weed and concerta are amazing!! That first time I smoked while on concerta my brain went nuts. I had a ridiculous urge to start learning things, I also Discovered I had a hidden talent for drawing haha my motivation and interest in everyday life increased amazingly But yeah to be honest with you I find that weed makes the concerta work in ways you just have to experience for yourself.

yes! i have been on concerta for awhile and i used to love it but... it gave me euphoria and no paranoia. now theres less euphoria and A LOT of paranoia: i walk outside to smoke a cigarette and i keep thinking that when a bug flies near me its trying to bite/sting me. and i get way more freaked out than i do when not on concerta

I don't know about the smoking, but I would not recommend snorting it. Concerta is specifically made to prevent abuse, and they made it so that if you try to snort it, it will turn to a glue in your nose. Nasty situation, and not worth it. Ritalin and Focalin are fine for snorting, though.

i would not advise taking any concerta while taking lexapro. I am currently taking lexapro and have taken concerta about 7 times. Each time i took concerta i would hear many scary voices in my head. i looked up the psycotic effects of concerta and they said that a side effect of concerta is hearing voices if you are on an antidepressant
