You can't spawn a pcj 600 in pc. All you need to do is find it. you can find it at certain parks occasionally dont tell me where though, i forgot.

PCJ 600
FR 400 (i think it was)
And some cars there should be driving around.
When you got your PCJ 600, get it in you garage, save, and load the game if you don't want the cheat to be activated.
