The best way to learn a language you'd like to speak is by practicing. Your brain and mouth must achieve new learning structures and new movements. Record the correct way to say the words and place it in a cassette; it will be the easiest and cheapest way to learn, in my opinion. Just practice!

Fluent English flows, as the word fluent suggests. That means that in fluent English the words in a sentence and the syllables in a word are run together. Thus grey day and Grade A are pronounced the same. So are too wise and two eyes. The sentence I am an old Italian is pronounced Ah yama nol ditalian. In fluent English ( not that tongue-tied garbage you hear from media announcers) words like whatever ( wha-dever) and without ( wi-thout) are NEVER pronounced as two words.
