Chavs can either not pronouce their 't's properly, say things like 'aint it' or 'in it' instead of 'isn't it', and generally do not have correct grammar. They also pronounce their 'er's differently - if they were to say 'computer', the correct way is to pronounce it as 'comp-yoo-ter', whereas a chav would pronounce it as 'comp-yoo-taaar', except not pronounce the 'r' at the end. Sometimes they will change 'th's in 'that' and 'them' to 'd', eg. 'dem lot' instead of 'them lot. And example of a typical chav talking would be pronounced like this 'dem lot ovaar dere are on them computaaars. How is you?', instead of 'That lot over there are on the computers. How are you?'. But they do not always speak a certain way.
