Yes, some adults can criticize the way teenagers speak. Often teenagers can speak perfect English, but sometimes use words such as 'ain't'; 'my man'; 'my woman'; etc., and this is often frustrating to a parent or other adults and the parents especially may correct that teenager because they know their child is more intelligent than that. It is in the way an adult talks to a teenager that is most important ... not talking down to the teenager, but speaking to them as an adult while getting their point across to the teenager and it a wise teenager that listens to good advice.
The movie "SPEAK." starring Kristen Stewart, is a movie about a young teenager who is raped and then chooses not to speak. I found this movie really good and would recommend it to everyone.

There is no safe 7 day diet plan recommended for a growing teenager. Before starting a fad diet, they should speak to their pediatrician who can help the come up with an eating and diet program, or refer them to a nutritionist to do the same.
it can be free at your county health clinic. If the child needs it for medical reasons you should speak to a doctor. In some countries this would be on prescription and free.
