In Hebrew it signifies the number in between 5 and 7. It is pronounced shesh (שש).
But if you are asking if the number 6 has any significance in Judaism, it signifies several things, such as the sections of the Mishah, and the days of the work week.

Note: There is an internet rumor that the number 666 is spelled in Hebrew with 3 vavs (ווו) but this is untrue. Three vavs would equal the number 18). This rumor is in connection with the Monster Energy drink company, and the rumor is an attempt to discredit them because the "M" in their logo looks like three vavs.

The writer used the ancient Hebrew tradition of giving numerical value to the letters in the Hebrew alphabet. At the time the book of Revelations was written, the number 666 clearly pointed to the Roman Emperor Nero.
