GLACIER (nature) - a large frozen mass, often a moving "river" of compressed precipitation
GLAZIER (person) - one who cuts and/or installs glass, as in windows

Katharine Glasier died in 1950.
A glasier was and still is someone who makes items from glass, particularly windows. A glasier is different from a glacier.
