remove the ignition tumbler from column and crank it with a insulated handle flatblade screwdriver if the ignition is located in the dash remove key tumbler by inserting a small pin in the hole located above the key hole and it will pop out using a screwdriver and turn it over that way

not really but would not suggest starting it because of over heating issues and as long as the battery is charged it should start
Replace the engine coolant sensor.
The ignition lock seems to be broken.

possibly the wire from the coil to the cap, or a cracked distrib. cap, or a worn rotor, have you checked your ignition module?
