Flex your stomach constantly, it helps decrease your stomach, your food consumption, and consequently your waistline. You may also want to do leaning exercises on both sides. Hold your left side with your left hand, lean over on the that same side, stretch you right hand and touch ankle bone. now do the same for the other side.

Note that you do not have to hold your waist. I like to do that because it increases strain and muscle movement. You can actually feel your waist tighten and know that you are doing something.

Another one is to lie face down, stretch your hands above your head and draw your stomach in like you want to lift your body. Just do not move any other parts of your body except your stomach. Also decide that you will eat healthy and do so.
