1) avoid salt it makes you bloated.

2) excersize at least an hour a day.

3) eat stuff like celery, almonds, watermelon

4) avoid eating very much at night, make sure you have time to work it off

5) avoid eating carbs or much dairy for breakfast it makes you tired so you wont get much excersize

6) energy drinks will give you more energy so you can excersize more
