There are some very basic things you need to know about this situation.

If there is room for two lanes there are two lanes.

The centre of the road is the division if there is only room for two lanes of trafic.

The police will ticket and assigin blame based on tape measurements if there is a crash.

If there is no lines you should try to be 1 foot ( 30 CM ) from the 3dge of the road and well clear of the centre if possible.

If you have to be near or over the centre drive slow and carefull.

Be polite to oncoming trafic.

And finally you should do all the above easily if you are able to pass a basic driving test and get a licence, its just care and practice.

Should you drive your tire on the White line on side of road to stay in the center?

The lines on the road are markers for you to stay between. The white line and yellow center line (on a two lane road) should not be touched by car tires, but should be driven between to stay an average of the center of the space.

Should a US driver pass out of his right lane into the left hand lane if there are two solid yellow lines are painted on pavement?

Double yellow continuous lines means stay in your lane, which is the right hand lane on a 2-lane road in the United States. You are not permitted to cross double yellow continuous lines. In some jurisdictions, the police will ticket you if your tire even comes close to or touches the double yellow lines because you are encroaching on the opposite lane's space.

When making a left turn you should turn from the lane nearest the center line or a dedicated turn lane and into?

When turning onto a road with two or more lanes you should turn into the nearest lane. If the road you are turning from has two lanes marked for turning left there will usually be broken lane lines through the turn to show the lanes you should stay in. If they are worn away the furthest lane left turns into the nearest lane and the second lane from the left turns into the second lane from the left of the road you are turning onto. Once on the new road and it is clear you can start changing lanes. Its a bad idea to change lanes during the turn as if there is an accident you could be ticketed for an unsafe lane change

It is when your foot comes out of the lane's lines when sprinting. For long-distance running, which I did, as long as you stay within the extremities of all of the lanes, you are good.

Which lane do you turn into on a left hand turn at a set of lights?

Unless the markings on the road clearly indicate otherwise - on a right turn you turn into the right lane; likewise, on a left turn you turn into the left lane. You always turn into the nearest lane whether it is a right or left turn.

In Canada there is a yellow line in the middle of the road to separate the lanes. It is on your left side so drivers stay on your right to avoid collision from the cars on the other lane.
