From my experience, the best way to stimulate a woman/girl, is actually fairly easy.

1. give oral paying attention to her clit with your tongue and lips, and to her vaginal opening with your tongue.

2. When she is aroused, and well lubricated, slowly insert a finger feeling along the front wall (towards her stomach) for an area that has a different texture, and by this time should be swelling slightly (on some girls this swelling is fairly pronounced)

3. With 1 or 2 fingers massage this area until she has an orgasm.
