Do Newfoundland puppies sleep a lot?

yesyes puppies sleep a lot because they need the sleep to grow as any baby does and they are not fully developed so they get tired quickly. Yes puppies will play hard then sleep approximately every 20 minutes. They like the feeling of someone beside them, holding them or even if they are on your lap. Be sure your puppy has the right puppy food, lots of water and it's about 10 - 15 minutes after they eat or drink that they will have to go outside to the bathroom. This is part of their training so they don't mess in the house. NEVER hit your puppy for peeing or pooping on the rug/floor because they are just a baby. Shake your finger at them, pick them up and put them outside (YOU STAY OUTSIDE WITH THEM) because the world outside is a big place to such a little puppy.

If he tells you he loves you and even tells his ex girlfriend he loves you when she asks if he even likes you does he really mean that he loves you or is he lying?

Because a boy says he loves you doesnt always mean he loves you. That doesnt mean that he doesnt THINK he loves you and it could just be puppy love but if even tells his ex girlfiend that he does love you, then I wouldn't worry about anything. He's totally into you!

Your 6 month old puppy doesnt play much all she wants to do is sleep?

ya, it's a baby and babies sleep a lot. but my age 6 months it should not sleep ALL the time. another reason for excessive sleeping is worms. has she been wormed yet/ if not it is vital, since all puppies are born with worms. it makes them want to sleep in a dark place. you can get worming meds at any pet store. A healthy puppy generally plays hard (racing around, acting goofy, playing with toys or attacking another pet playfully or even you.) Then they will go for a good nap and start all over again. It's a good idea to take your puppy to the vets for a good physical and perhaps get worm pills should this be the case.

Evereyone dreams, even dogs! Dogs have feelings too. I once was holding a puppy and it fell asleep and had a bad dream. (It was squirming and yelping in its sleep.)

How do stars prevent themselves from peeing their pants?

Stars prevent themselves from peeing their pants by using the bathroom. Even on live television, there are still opportunities to use the bathroom.

Training your puppy?

Yes! Too many people let their puppies get away with things that can transfer into bad behavior when theyre an adult. Make sure youre puppy never bites you, even in play, as that can become a BIG problem when they grow up. Also make sure your puppy gets plenty of play time with other dogs so that it doesnt have aggresion problems when it gets older. Ive trained even very young pups to sit and stay, and its proved invaluable later. Just because their young doesnt mean they cant be trained, it just means you have to take longer with them and be patient.

How long should it take when beginning crate training for a puppy to quit peeing and pooping in crate. My puppy is 7 weeks old.?

This depends entirely on the puppy. At seven weeks, it is perfectly normal for the dog not to be fully housetrained. My dog went through a phase at about eight months old when he would continually wet his bed, event though by then he was 'housetrained'. In a couple of weeks, the puppy should have grasped the idea that when he sits, or whines by the door, he gets let outside to pee (or poop). Even then, there will still be accidents now and again, but so long as consistent rewards are given when the puppy does go outside, he should be fully housetrained by a the time he is four to five months old.
