You can't stop your Sims from being pregnant. Once they are pregnant there is no way to actually abort the pregnancy other than with cheat codes. If you seriously don't want a baby, allow your Sim to have the baby, and then neglect the baby until the Social Worker comes and takes the child away. Be warned, if you have any other children, the social worker will take those children at the same time as well. Eventually the children will show up at the adoption agency, so if you change your mind you can adopt them back into your household.
