How do you stop a stalker from zooming in and out of my driveway at 3AM every night- He has been doing this for 3 years. Should I be worried?

After three years, it would be hard for me to be as nervous. However, one never knows when such might escalate.

Simply arrange with the police for them to be there at 2:55am, and then they can observe him do this and talk to him. You can also file for an Order of Protection.

Understand, that might make it worse. You know him better than I. But clearly, it can't go on. So it's that or move.

you have a few options, if by ZOOMS IN and then ZOOMS OUT of your driveway you mean that this person pulls their vehicle on and off of your property then it is called criminal tresspassing and you would need the tag number,dates and times of each occurence,this can easily be done by purchasing a motion activated infared camera(without flash) that will take pictures of the vehicle coming and going from your driveway,many hunting/sporting goods stores carry these cameras they are called game cams (commonly used for taking pictures of animals) average price $199

After a couple weeks passes and you have numerous time/date stamped photos of the vehicle tresspassing then you print them out and contact the police,having such evidence can quicken a conviction...

Another option is to purchase a home camera system,average price $275 and then film the tresspasser committing the crime,almost impossible for them to deny it when their vehicle is on video...

A more vicious option is to purchase a tire deflation system that you can roll out across your driveway at night and roll up in the morning the Average cost $389..These systems are low profile and hard to see at night they contain 3 inch hollow spikes that puncture the vehicles tires and deflate them within 5 seconds, leaving the tresspasser trying to flee with 4 flat tires,these are the same systems used by police...Home versions can also be easily hand made for lower cost...
