The best way to stop the teacher from watching your computer is to prove that you are responsible and trustworthy to use the computer in ways that the teacher expects. To do that, always be doing what you should be doing on the computer whether the teacher is watching or not. That way, if the teacher checks the computer's history, which no doubt she or he will, it will prove that you will do what is expected whether you are being watched or not. Though it will take some time, the teacher will eventually stop watching you. Of course, that doesn't mean that the teacher won't check on you from time to time, but it does mean that watching you routinely might stop.
