you go to thee science building click it and it says "purchase vampirism cure" click that when your sims come out it'll be in your inventory click it and click drink. then voila! you aren't a vampire anymore

If you get attacked by a vampire, you have chance of contracting porphyric hemophilia. This is a disease, but it doesn't automatically turn you into a vampire. There is a latency period of a few days.

You simply need to get Porphyric Hemophilia cured at some point within this latency period. You can do this by drinking a potion of cure disease, casting a cure disease spell, or visiting an altar of the Nine Divines.

If you do contract vampirism, it is much harder to cure, but can be done by talking to Raminus Polus at the Arcane University and completing the appropriate quest.

I believe you can go to a shrine of talos or Mara to have it cured. There is a shrine of Talos behind the preacher in whiterun, in front of the stairs leading to Dragonsreach
