How do you stop feeling guilty?

• The only reason a person would feel guilty is because they have done one or more things wrong that may have hurt other people. You should write down on a piece of paper what you think you are feeling guilty for and if it is because you have hurt another person then rectify it the best you can by being adult enough to face that person and apologize and to learn from the experience. If you have stolen something (not accusing you) then have the fortitude to give it back or replace it.
