OCD - Obsessive cleaning disorder! Just kidding
OCD is treatable, but only by professionals. You should consult a psychiatrist.
Obsessive Compulsive disorder is where a person has an obsession, which creates intruding thoughts in their minds which are uncomfortable. For example, an obsession with germs, and constant thoughts that lots of things are contaminated. The compulsion is a behaviour which is done in order to remove the obsessive thoughts, e.g. hand washing. Therefore, it is different to an addiction, yet the compulsions are very difficult to stop -which is similar to addiction, whereby the addictive behaviour is hard to stop. Addiction on the other hand may be due only to the physiological need for a chemical, such as nicotine, and does not necessarily have to be caused by an obsession, as OCD is.
A compulsive disorder is a kind of a mental disorder which drives you to perform completely unnecessary and ridiculous to most of the people actions (compulsions) but still essential to those who suffer form the compulsive disorder.

Well, this question isn't very specific so I have a few other questions to ask first: Are you wanting ways to treat OCD? Have you (or a child, etc.) been diagnosed with OCD by a trained professional (Psychologist, psychiatrist, MD)? Obsessive Compulsive Disorder is a serious psychiatric disorder on the anxiety continuum. In brief, and very simplistically, a person has obsessive thoughts ("I'm poisoned," "I left the door unlocked.") and they initiate a compulsive behavior in response (wash hands, check the front door). Treatment is often twofold: 1) medication from a psychiatrist or other MD, and 2) cognitive behavioral therapy to assist in interrrupting the thoughts and behaviors. Some good books to help familiarize yourself with the symptoms and the treatment might be "Brainlock" and "The Boy Who Couldn't Stop Washing." It is helpful for the person suffering from OCD to learn to recognize the obsessive thoughts as part of the illness and "not accurate." In that way, they can then redirect their thinking and not have to respond with the compulsion.
OCD is obsessive compulsive disorder. The obsessive need to do activities repeatedly like counting, tapping or any kind of odd behavior. It can also be seen as in shopping, or eating. It is doing a certain activity excessively and not being able to stop due to an anxiety attack.
I have the same problem, and everyone that has this problem has a disorder called obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), don't even worry about it, all you do is to do something that distracts your tongue, such as chewing a gum, or put anything that stops the connection between your tooth and tongue.
If you are suffering with unwanted thoughts and behaviors which you can't seem to stop repeating no matter how much you want to, you may be suffering from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). You may avoid seeking treatment due to feelings of shame, but you need to try to push past these feelings and get help. With a combination of medication and cognitive behavior therapy, more than 70 percent of people with OCD will see fast symptom relief.

One way to stop obsessive thoughts is to practice mindfulness and redirect your focus to the present moment. Engaging in activities that bring you joy or relaxation can also help distract your mind from the thoughts. Seeking support from a therapist or counselor can provide you with coping strategies to manage obsessive thoughts effectively.
