Midol or Alleve --------- Banana's apparently contain some attribute that eases cramps. There's an old wives tale that suggests putting your shoes on top of your stomach. Midol, Tylenol, Ibruprofin, Aspirin, et c. all contain pain reducers. ∙ 15y agowell theres many ways but if medicine is not your way try putting heat on your crampa and pains to easy up the muscles. There's that or bananas-the potassium in them is supposed to help. Also drink plenty of water and do exercise-sounds weird but it helps!

you can get period pains before your period starts answer yeah I know that I posted this question I got period pains but no blood. When I usually get period pains I come on straight away it been a week now since that has happened. It came as a shock I thought I was really coming on. My period pains are really painful as well and the pains were just like them but I didn't get my period. I couldn't move I couldn't cry cause I was in pain.
