Find yourself an alternative, as in Chewing Gum, ice, or even sucking on candy. Don't give into your cravings or you will end up back where you started. You're doing great, and you know it. You haven't eaten cigarette ashes for months! Just hang in there and look for a temporary replacement until you can wean yourself off pica. You may also want to see a doctor and express your concerns.
