The squeak while running is a curious problem that I have run into also. As it turns out it is, in the case of my vehicle, caused by the air conditioning compressor clutch. As the vehicle sits, the electronic clutch plates gather oxidization - when the vehicle is run the oxidation causes the squeak, while the plates are running with each other. There is no known cure for this ailment, but it will not cause any failures.
The horn is located underneath the hood of the vehicle.
Again underneath the vehicle about 3 feet from front of vehicle and slightly to the left side of vehicle.

Worn suspension parts? Ball joints? check the heat shield underneath the car mine was lost and made it sound bad
Could be from cracked or glazed brake pads or shoes. Have them safety inspected.

they squeak when you stop because they are toooooo sharp which is not a very good thing . to make them stop just go to the bench and rub them against the bench.
