The squeak while running is a curious problem that I have run into also.
As it turns out it is, in the case of my vehicle, caused by the air conditioning compressor clutch. As the vehicle sits, the electronic clutch plates gather oxidization - when the vehicle is run the oxidation causes the squeak, while the plates are running with each other.
