you tap on the hourglass symbol in the middle bottom of the screen then draw a hourglass in the middle of the screen without taking your stylus off. (you may have to try a few times before it works.)

∙ 14y agoYou can only stop time when you are facing Bellum. When Ciela gives you a glowing sphere, run to the sphere to get the power to stop time. Then, click the small sphere at the bottom of the screen with the Phantom Hourglass symbol with a 'X1' next to it. Then, draw an Hourglass in a figure eight (the lines you draw will not appear on the screen). Time will stop temporarily.

This is an ability granted to you by Ceila during the Bellum battles. After Ceila gives you a Phantom Sphere, tap the hourglass icon on the Touch Screen, then draw the figure eight to stop time. While time is stopped, hit Bellum's eye repeatedly, preferably with the Spirit of Power active.

If you haven't found the phantom sword you need to find it. It is mandatory you find it to beat it. If you already have the phantom sword I'm not sure what else you must do. I can't remember where the phantom sword is but look it up on youtube "Where is the phantom sword?" you'll find an answer.
