∙ 12y agoWhen battling Bellum Ciela should throw an phantom ball or what ever it is at you.catch it. now look at the middle on the bottom of the touch screen that's the button you should click to stop time. now there should be a cursor formation on the screen draw the sacred phantom hourglass symbol to stop time.

This is an ability granted to you by Ceila during the Bellum battles. After Ceila gives you a Phantom Sphere, tap the hourglass icon on the Touch Screen, then draw the figure eight to stop time. While time is stopped, hit Bellum's eye repeatedly, preferably with the Spirit of Power active.

How do you beat bellum 2nd time?
In the ship battle it is just a matter of hitting the purple things as much as possible until they all disappear (you can check how much are left on the map along with their location on the ship), after that you can proceed on to the final battle. In order to defeat the final stage of bellum (the phantom looking version on the ship) you must hit him in the back when the eye is visible. But, you can only hit him in the back after you stopped time with the orbs ciela drops for you. In order to advance you have to stop time with one of the orbs ciela drops. You won't be able to hit him just yet, so try hitting him and afterwards you should get a message from ciela saying that there must be a weak spot. The eye will pop out of his back and after that you must stop time when the eye pops out and then strike the eye as much as possible until bellum dies. If I remember correctly it should take about 25-30 hits.
