I don't know how how much this helps, but the first step in stopping that feeling would be to stop thinking about him in general. If you are no longer dating you probably want this anyway. If you're dating him and you feel that way, you shouldn't be dating. If you aren't dating and were never dating and feel this way, then you're thinking about this person way too much. The second step would be to stop those feelings in yourself and to move on.
