Bleed or Weep Holes are located at the elevational top or bottom of the Orifice Plate. The Weep Hole is tangent to a circle equal to 98% of the line I.D. DRAIN HOLES are located at the bottom of the Orifice Plate to prevent liquids in a gas or condensate in a steam flow from damming up behind the Orifice Plate. VENT HOLES are located at the top of the Orifice Plate to allow gases in a liquid flow to vent pass the Orifice Plate.

Find the source of the leak. Most likely areas are a brake line at the wheels, or the master cylinder at the upper part of the firewall in the engine compartment.

I think what you are seeing is your muffler leaking condensation from a weep hole. This normal and will stop after your vehicle has reached full operating temperature.
By bore do you mean weep hole? If so, the seal is leaking. Replace the pump.
The weep hole is usually on the water pump assembly itself. Behind the pulley on the underside of the housing. If it's leaking, replace the water pump.

If it's leaking from the back of the water pump then most likely you should go ahead and replace it because its leaking from the weep hole which tells you basicly that your water pump is about to stop working its a way to warn you before your motor locks up
Shold be a weep hole underneath stem of water pump. If it's leaking water it needs to be replaced. You will be able to tell.
