This means the songs in the playlist are no longer located where they were when you first added them to your library. They will not play until you re-add the songs from their current location on your computer.
First, to remove the non-working copies of the songs, right click on any song in your media library, go to "Remove..." and select "Remove all dead files". This will delete anything that scrolls instead of playing.
Now, to get working copies, go to File -> Add Media to Library and browse to the folder you have your songs in, or just drag and drop the songs into Winamp. Now all of your songs should work, but you may need to recreate any playlists.
