Usually a compute rin habernate will only "wake up" when you have the bios setting to "wake on lan" or something similar. If you have it connected to a network, wireless connectin, or USB devices, disable those before setting it into hibernate. Or you can enter your bios settings and turn off the feature that controls that.
Hibernating a computer costs no more than turning it off. All computers have RAM and a HDD. The ram stores information temporarily which is lost when power is lost, while the HDD is used for long term storage and is kept when power is lost. When you hibernate your computer it saves everything it is proccessing on the RAM at the time to the HDD. Then when you turn your computer back on it moves all the proccesses back onto the RAM. So... no, it shouldn't cost anymore than turning it off.
Stand by in windows is where the computer is still turned on and will resume when you want it to. Hibernate is where it saves your session (keeps what you are doing, yes everything) and then turns off the computer. When it is turned back on your session will be restored.
A power cycle is turning off and turning back on any electronic device.
Hibernating your computer has the same effect on the hardware as does turning it off. There is not an appreciable difference between the two operations when it relates to the wear and tear of the individual hardware components. The only difference between the two is that when you hibernate a PC, the contents of memory are written to the hard drive do they can be retrieved when the power is switched back on. After that, the power is turned off exactly like it is when you just shut it down.
Reboot (by turning the phone completely off) and after a minute, turn it back on.
A camel is a horse like animal with a distinctive hump on it's back. These animals are not known to hibernate.
When you recharge the battery and start the automobile the computer will set itself back to (ROM) read only memores. SOMETIMES you do need to drive a few miles for the computer can relearn itself.
no
To store information/memory, because the computer itself had very little storage space back when it was invented.

yes by turning it off then opening it back repeat it 20000 times
When you set your system into Hibernate Mode you're programs will load up quicker than when you do a normal shutdown. Hibernate mode writes an image of what you're currently working on to a special file on your hard drive, and then shuts your computer almost completely off. It takes a bit longer than Standby, since it needs to write to your hard drive. Hibernate also takes a bit longer to resume, since you must go through essentially the normal boot process, although in Windows XP your computer wakes faster from Hibernate than in previous versions of Windows. The advantage is that you can leave your laptop in Hibernate mode for days without any ill effect. When you start it back up, you'll see everything exactly as you left it. Hibernate is the perfect mode for shutting down for the night or even the weekend.
