A frame on a car can not properly be straightened without the right equipment. This equipment is hundreds of thousands of dollars. A shop is your best option. They will hook your car up to a frame straightening machine and using measurements and pullers, through a computer they are able to pinpoint the problem and pull your frame back in place. This can get pricey but nothing compared to buying your own equipment. If you are referring to a frame alone, no car, I would ask a local machine shop. They should be able to straighten it out for a price.
Yes it can. It depends on the extent of the damage and where the damage is located on the frame itself. You can weld cracks and straighten bends. Please seek a professional mechanic.
Depends on whether a frame shop can straighten it.
Frame shops can straighten the frame and if the bed is not damaged that will re-align the bed to the rest of the truck.
bang it with a hammer
It's a sub frame car.

The frame supports the vehicle. Everything bolts to the frame. The body, engine,etc...
It is either a unitized body with the frame built into the car or it is a body on frame construction. A quick look under the car will tell you which it is.
The signs are usually various scrapes or scratches. They may not look very bad but they can weaken the frame causing the car to collaps under the pressure that the damaged frame is putting on the car
A frame is the skeleton of a car without the mountings, were as a chasis is a mounted frame.
Other than removing the cab, bed, complete powertrain, all electrical and fuel systems. YES! There is some auto equipment that can straighten a frame but as to changing it, good luck.
