Do Yoga exercises. Do set of exercises called Khatu Pranam every day and you will see improvement in about a month. It's important that you do it at least 5 days a week though. It does not take more than 15 minutes to do 3-5 repeatings of Khatu Pranam. Benefits last for years...

You can get rid of a hunchback by sitting up straight, puffing your chest out, and relaxing your arms. Practice standing and sitting straight. It will be hard at first and you might get tired, but in no time at all it will be like second nature to you. You can also try doing back excerises like rowing and lateral pull downs to help strengthen your back.
