give it an exp share and take it into a doble battle with another strong Pokemon and make sure to ko the other two......... magikarp will get more experience than your strong guy and raise in level......... it might even become a gyrados
at 20 it becomes gyrados...depending on where you fish at an what rod you use can catch a gyrados...or even a magikarp stronger than that.
