You don't need a riding level page!!!!
All you do is go to breeding my office then the third tab 'stroke a horse in safe heaven' then scroll down and choose a horse to stroke :-)

You can't, you have to be riding level 2. then you go to trade>safe haven>stroke a horse.

it depends on your archery level and horse back riding level I have 9 on both archery and horse back riding and I use only 50 ballistaes to attack a level 1 Npc hope that helps
