First go to breeding and click on my office. There should be a few tabs. Click on the one which says "The safe heaven". 3 random horses will come up from safe heaven. It wont necessarily be the horse you put in but if you press stroke the horse will give you a surprise!

You can't, you have to be riding level 2. then you go to trade>safe haven>stroke a horse.

Yes you get 400e but you never get to see that horse again.

You don't need a riding level page!!!! All you do is go to breeding my office then the third tab 'stroke a horse in safe heaven' then scroll down and choose a horse to stroke :-)
