You can reduce the calendar time, you cannot reduce the study time. If you normally study 3 - 4 hours a day then increase that amount. This will not decrease the amount of study time required but it will decrease the time it takes to complete the course.

It should be noted, however, that examinations are usually on a set date, therefore finishing long before the exam is due may be counter-productive as you may forget parts of the course and need to revise for the exam
