Why does your canon mp530 smudge when printing an envelope?

Before printing the envelope you need to go to the printer's options and select "envelope" from the drop-down media typelist. If you are using Word 2007 envelope printing it will go directly to printing without letting you confirm the printer and media type setting, using the last setting, so make sure to change it while the document is still onscreen, then "close", then do the regular "mailing" stuff. The envelope is way down the list of media type selections after "transparencies". It fixed the problem for me.

Is Preston lord enterprises?

Yes and no. They let you believe that you make $10.00 for every envelope you stuff but in reality what you get is $10.00 for every envelope that results in an order and not for every envelope sent. There is a big difference between them.

Are envelope stuffing jobs ever legitimate or are they always scams?

The envelope stuffing offers you can find online or posted in Universities are always scams. These offers come in many forms, often pyramid schemes. If you consider the amount of work it takes to stuff an envelope, no sane employer would offer large sums of money for such a service. Companies who do mass mailings often stuff their envelopes by machine. Some print shops or small/medium size businesses may hire an individual to stuff envelopes part time, but this would certainly be a minimum wage job.

Is the envolpe stuffing at home a good choice?

No. Any "envelope stuffing" job is a scam. There are machines that stuff envelopes faster than people can.

If Dick could stuff six envelopes working alone for six hours and Jane could stuff them all in four hours how long would it take them working toghether?

First the easy part. Dick can stuff one envelope in 60 minutes while Jane can stuff one in 40 minutes. So in the first 2 hours, Dick can stuff two envelopes while Jane stuffs three. What happens next? There is one envelope remaining. There are at least two possibilities. If we assume that there is no good way for Dick and Jane to cooperate on a single envelope, Jane should stuff the last envelope so that they finish the entire job 40 minutes later. Total time: 2:40. If we assume that the two of them working together can finish the job faster than either of them could do it alone, then the job is faster. In a perfect world, Dick could do 40% of the work while Jane does 60%. How long would that take? Arithmetic says 24 minutes. Total time: 2:24. But I don't believe the arithmetic. If, for example, Dick folds one pile of papers while Jane folds another, periodically stopping to stuff their completed work into the envelope, there will be time lost while they wait for each other and pass the envelope back and forth. More generally, there will be time spent on communication and coordination. See the classic book The Mythical Man-Month: Essays on Software Engineering by Watts Humphreys for a discussion of how to estimate the coordination and communication time when a group of people cooperate on a job.

Is solihullpress a genuine envelope stuffing company?

So far I have not found any legit envelope stuffing companies. I am not saying they aren't, but look at this logically. For $8/hr or less if they outsource to another country, companies can get cheap labor to stuff envelopes. Then throw in the fact that there are machines that can do 1000's per hour and you will figure out for yourself that there is no real need for you to stuff their envelopes. What most of them are is a chain letter, add your name to the bottom and stuff 100 envelopes and mail them out and you will make $1000's of dollars. Not realistic.
