Answering the questions on Answer is easy to do. All you have to do is click on the unanswered question, write your answer and then click submit.

If you are talking about Wiki Answers, then you should submit this question to the staff. And re-word your question as to why you think it is bad. I don't think it's that bad but it if it's crappy to you then I understand.
