Use this formula to convert degrees Celsius (C) to degrees Fahrenheit (F): (C x 1.8) + 32 = F
Hold the temp button down until the degree sign flashes then push the temp. button again to switch from Fahrenheit to Celsius.
Press and hold the recirculation button. Then press the temperature up ("+") button to switch between degrees Celsius & Fahrenheit on the Climate Control Temperature and Instrument Panel Outside Temperature displays.
With the thermometer on, open the battery compartment. Along the lower part you'll see a small button labeled "C/F". Hit this button to toggle between Celsius and Fahrenheit. You'll need a pen or small item as your finger likely cannot trip the button.
There is either a little switch or you hold your finger on the button until it switches over.
With the unit in the off mode, depress the on/off switch and hold in until the "c" in the display switches to an "f." It will now measure in Fahrenheit.
Press Menu til you see 'unit set' press set toggle the up and down switch until you see 'unit 1' press set then menu and your temp should be in Celsius and not Fahrenheit
to change the celsius on display to Fahrenheit, u want to press the econ button on your climatronic, then right after press your auto button right above the econ button, at this time the display should switch to Fahrenheit or Fahrenheit to celcius whichever u prefer....hopes this helps..
here again this is something i had happen on my jeep. all was linked to the ignition switch......
Press and hold the driver side plus (+) and the recurculating (Arrow going into circle) button simultaniously
Is this in the overhead console of a 1995 to 2001 4 door because I know by pushing the middle button I can switch the display from Fahrenheit to celsius (Helpfull)
In the owners manual there is a section which tells you how to use all of your heating and cooling feaetures. thumb through that section for a subsection about temp control.
