the doc is first dropping the effexor xr 75mg to 225 for a week, and then down 150 for a week, clymbalta increasing to 60mg, and from the 150mg, down 37.5mg until weaned off effexor with increasing cymbalta.
that is how my doctor wants to do it, however over Christmas holidays we are not touching anything, and at any time if i feel wrong i am to go directly to the hospital. talk to your doc. good luck
2n=225 Log 2n=Log 225 (taking logarithm on both sides) n Log 2=Log 225 n=Log 225 / Log 2 n=2.35 / 0.301 n=7.81 (answer rounded to 3 significant figure)
Since the drugs deal with slightly different problems and you do not begin to give anywhere near enough information about your particular problem for anyone to make a decision how can you expect someone on the internet to give you advice on that issue? Not only are both of those drugs for slightly different purposes, but both should be closely monitored. If you are a 100 pound woman 200 mg of lamictal could be considered a fairly large dose. If you are a 225 pound man, 200 mg of lamictal could be considered a small dose. You need to explain to your doctor why you think you need to replace celexa with effexor. Normally effexor replaces a different type of drug. Still if celexa is not working, he may have misdiagnosed the problem.

The recommended starting dose for Effexor is 75 mg/day, administered in two or three divided doses, taken with food. Depending on tolerability and the need for further clinical effect, the dose may be increased to 150 mg/day. If needed, the dose should be further increased up to 225 mg/day. When increasing the dose, increments of up to 75 mg/day should be made at intervals of no less than 4 days.
The area is equal to pi times the radius squared, so dividing both sides by pi and taking the square root of both sides, we get that the radius is equal to the square root of 225/pi, or about 8.463.
