No you can not switch jobs for the same employer, but they can reserve a job spot for you until your contract expires.

You must pass riding level 4 after 30 logged in days. Then go Profile --> My Job --> Switch Jobs and choose Vet. However, vets are being removed in a new update scheduled to take place on the 22nd of July.
