You don't need an ARMAX for Visual Boy Avance! Those ARMAX roms är just demonstrations of a physical ARMAX cartridge.
To use Action Replay cheats just look on Google or any other search engine, example: Exalead, then type the game you want cheats for followed by the "ACTION REPLAY CHEATS" keyword. My recommendation för the best cheats website would be either "SuperCheats", GameFAQ's or IGN.
Next: When you find the cheats you want, copy and paste them into the cheat list one at a time. You don't have to put a name för the cheats but i would in case you forget what you put and you activate the wrong cheat.
NOTE: SOME ACTION REPLAY CODES YOU HAVE TO DELETE THE SPACES IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CODE. IF THE CODE YOU ENTERED DOESN'T WORK TRY DELETING THE SPACES.
